Not so long ago, visitors to Leakey had to drive 40 miles or more to find any options for spirits; Leakey was a “dry” (no alcohol) community for many years. After petitioning the town to legalize the sale of spirits in Leakey, Hillbilly Spirits opened their doors in 2014. Since then, they’ve offered a varied selection of beer, liquor, and mixers to locals and folks visiting their fine town. In addition, they’ve put together the largest wine selection in the Hill Country west of San Antonio! Put that finishing touch on an intimate evening, or stock up for a larger get-together. For your convenience, Hillbilly Spirits is open 10 AM to 9 PM Monday to Saturday.
