Definitely not a suit-and-tie establishment! Come as you are to The Hog Pen, surrounded by the inspiring views of the Texas Hill Country! It’s located on one of the “Three Sisters” (or “Twisted Sisters”) roads, and motorcycle and car clubs are welcome—as is anyone who’d like to stop by! The Hog Pen is known for its amazing BBQ, including brisket, sausage links, ribs, chicken, and boudain (a traditional Cajun-style sausage). Pile your favorite alongside a beer and one of their sides such as potato salad, and you’re set! The Hog Pen is open Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 4 PM.
