Paris Street Po'Boys in Castroville offers your choice of shrimp, catfish, oysters, and roast beef (with some combos, too!), and tops it all off with their signature Carter sauce, made in-house. They've also got platters that feature their shrimp, catfish, and oysters, and a sampler with all three. It's a simple but satisfying selection for all appetites! Paris Street Po'Boys is open Monday through Friday from 4 to 9 PM, and Saturday 11 AM to 2 PM.
