With their acres of open pasture in the gorgeous Hill Country, they offer a unique perspective of this beautiful region. If you have a special event such as a birthday or reunion coming up, Diamond C can host it on-site, and they’ll help you organize every aspect of the party, from food to fun activities! The Diamond C Stables are open Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM, and Sundays by appointment only.
