Named after a note jokingly tacked to the owner’s beer fridge years ago, Boerne’s Mike-Ro-Brewery has been serving up custom craft beers brewed right on the spot since 2015! When you visit their website, you’ll see a listing of the styles of brews they have on tap for the season, with unique tastes to go along with names like Texas Belchin’ Belgian and Texas Carter’s Danky Doodle Doobie Double IPA. Charitable contributions are welcome when you visit, and all proceeds go to local family service and animal welfare charities. Tastings at Mike-Ro-Brewery are available by appointment between January and May.
