Nowadays, it's a restaurant known for its hearty American fare, from steaks to meatloaf to chicken-fried steak and their signature fried chicken. Every customer is treated with Texas hospitality, and every dish served is prepared with great care, from simple salads to bacon-wrapped filet mignon.
