Description

Saint Tryphon (pronounced "TREE-fon") is an ancient Christian saint said to watch over vintners (among other things), and the owners of the vineyards named after him in Boerne seek to honor his patronage with their fine Texas wines! Their vineyards and tasting room are nestled in a scenic corner of the Hill Country, and since 2018 Saint Tryphon Farm & Vineyards has been creating vintages across the wine spectrum from their local vines. Their tasting room is open Friday and Sunday from noon to 5 PM, and Saturday 11 AM to 6 PM. Reservations are recommended, but they do their best to accommodate walk-in visitors.
