The historic H.O. Adler building on Boerne's Hill Country Mile is now home to the Tusculum Brewing Company, makers of fine craft beers! Sample a flight of their eclectic offerings, and enjoy a pint of your favorite in their relaxed and entertaining atmosphere. If you've brought an appetite along, they have a menu of hearty sandwiches, salads, and shareable appetizers to enjoy with your brew of choice. Both their outdoor biergarten and indoor halle are available for larger groups, too! The Tusculum Brewing Company is open Thursday 4 to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday noon to 6 PM.
