The Dziuk family has been treating their fellow Texans to high-quality dried and prepared meats since 1968, and seven years later, they expanded into the Hill Country by opening their Castroville location! Dziuk's Meat Market is renowned for their Polish and Alsatian sausages (the founders were sons of Polish immigrants, and used their family's delicious recipes), but you'll also find savory beef and turkey jerky, salami, various meat wraps, gift packages, and sauces, spices, and rubs to enhance your favorite cuts. Dziuk's Meat Market is open Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM.
