Fair warning to everyone reading this: when you stop by their Facebook page and see samples of their smoked offerings such as brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, and smoked sausage, you will get hungry! And it’s the kind of hunger that only their savory meats and accompanying sides can satisfy. Their food trailer is located right next to their partner’s establishment, Hill Country Distillers, and they’re open Thursday through Sunday, noon to 7 PM. Bring your appetite!
