The Elephant Story is a not-for-profit organization whose proceeds go to supporting endangered Asian elephants in their natural wild setting, and they also strive to support artists from Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar. Their store features everything from original artwork to home furnishings, clothing, accessories, and antiques. Visiting the Elephant Story is a great way to fill a difficult gift list, all while supporting the well-being of these fascinating animals. The Elephant Story is open Wednesday to Sunday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
