In the heart of Comfort’s historical district, you’ll find the old Comfort Theater building. What used to be a cinematic showcase is now The Lobby, a warm and welcoming coffee shop amid the vintage furnishings of the old movie palace! The Lobby grows their own beans, and roasts them freshly each week; their brand is the Rescue Dog Coffee Company, and a percentage of their proceeds go to help canine rescue groups. They’re open Thursday through Monday, and offer not only a stellar selection of coffees, but cold and hot teas, root beer floats, and sandwiches and snacks, too! Take some custom beans home, as well.
