After studying the big burger chains, the owner of Helotes' Bobby J's Burgers devised his own style and recipes for hearty burgers and Texas-style chili. When you browse their menu, you'll find over a dozen delicious burgers, poultry and seafood, salads and sides, and even vegetarian options. They've designed the dining space to be comfortable and welcoming, with vintage photos and license plates on the walls; it's a local Hill Country experience the big chains just can't offer! Bobby J's Burgers is open Wednesday and Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 8 PM.
