If you’ve brought along a canine companion while you’re visiting Helotes, the Helotes Humane Society has created a safe and fenced area where they can romp with other dogs! Owners and pets alike are invited to let off a little steam and share some time in the sun with their fellow dog lovers. Please keep in mind that the park is unsupervised, and all owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior both with other dogs and humans; with that in mind, aggressive dogs and very young children are not allowed. The Helotes Dog Park is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
