The Helotes Gallery was created with a mission to benefit both patrons and the artisans who create original works of art. With that in mind, you'll find not only exhibits of works made by local artists in numerous styles and media, but there are often "pop-up studios" where patrons and artists can connect and discuss artistic endeavors person-to-person! It's an immersive and interactive experience that's mutually rewarding to both artists and those who appreciate art, in a friendly and fun atmosphere. The Helotes Gallery is open Wednesday to Friday noon to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
