To heighten your wine-tasting experience, they have a menu of appetizers ("tapas" in Spanish), charcuterie boards, and flatbread sandwiches that are crafted by Chef Phillip Manea to pair nicely with whatever you choose to drink. The Wine 101 Wine & Tapas Bar is open Wednesday and Thursday 3 to 11 PM, Friday and Saturday 3 PM to midnight, and Sunday 3 to 10 PM.
