If swimming's on your mind, look no farther than the crystal-clear community pool right on the Roost property for a refreshing and cool escape from the Texas heat. The spacious covered deck at the Hill Country Roost is adorned with comfy furniture, and it's equipped with ceiling fans for outside relaxation. There's also a patio that faces inspiring mountain vistas here! Adirondack chairs surround the fire pit, making it perfect for taking in those gorgeous Hill Country views, sunrises, and sparkling starry skies. Your grilling enthusiasts will enjoy the charcoal grill pit, and plenty of deer can be spotted in this serene country setting. Finally, there's a great playscape for the kids to enjoy!

Efficient Mini Split air, heat, and ceiling fans keep the interior just right, and there's plenty of leg-stretching room in the living area, dining space, and fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom includes a queen-sized bed for your slumbering comfort, and there are two bunk-style full beds (one is an air mattress) in the unique cubbyhole sleeping space! All told, there's accommodations for four here, and clean bed and bath linens are provided, too. The full bath features a shower and tub combo, and for further cleanup convenience, the guest home also has a washer and dryer. Tech-wise, you'll find a smart TV, two Rokus and Wifi Internet service to keep you entertained and connected.
