LaGaye Ranch is equipped with central air, cable TV, Wifi, a fireplace, a laundry room, a full kitchen, and much more!

At LaGaye Ranch, you'll have 15 pretty acres to explore; there's space to hike, stargaze, and watch wildlife-not to mention the beautiful Hill Country scenery you'll have for photos! This holiday home is just outside Utopia, and you'll also have quick access to great towns like Bandera, Pipe Creek, Vanderpool, and more. Garner State Park and the Lost Maples and Hill Country State Natural Areas are all within a half hour's drive, too!

Three shaded patios surround the home, complete with comfy furniture (including rocking chairs where you can enjoy a cup of morning coffee while watching the sun peek over the mountains), outdoor lighting, and amazing panoramic Texas Hill Country views! Swing away a quiet moment on the hammock or porch swing. After a fulfilling day, gather round the fire pit for relaxing conversation. The fire pit's great for snacks, but for heartier appetites, there's a charcoal grill, too! Smoking's allowed, but only around the fire pit area outside.

Natural light creates an airy atmosphere inside, and this Utopia home is adorned with tasteful accents. Three private bedrooms provide sleeping space for up to six, with a king-sized bed in the master, and a queen in each of the other two; clean bed and bath linens are also included. (Two more guests can sleep on air mattresses; tell us if you'd like this option.) Two of the three-and-a-half baths have shower/tub combos, with a roomy shower in the master. Modern appliances highlight the kitchen and laundry room, with plenty of cookware and serving ware. Don't forget the living area, replete with cable TV, Wifi, and a fireplace for chilly nights!
