When you book the multiple properties at the West 1077 Guest Ranch, you'll have the place all to yourself, practically your own private resort, with access to a huge lodge and pool, all with the fun of Bandera a short drive away!
The West 1077 Guest Ranch allows free access to the 5,300-acre Hill Country State Natural Area right next door! This special arrangement creates a unique opportunity for nature lovers to explore a pristine natural setting, with over 40 miles of trails you can hike. The 230-acre ranch itself has plenty of hiking and biking trails, as well. Take in the countryside on horseback! we have a horseback riding partner in Bandera, and their experienced folks offer horse riding experiences tailored to your age and level of expertise. If you'd like to bring your own horses along, ask us for details on boarding!
The shared lodge is open 24/7, and features a pool table, television, ample soft and comfortable seating, a crackling and toe-warming fireplace, fire pit, ice machine, free beverages, and a hearty complimentary country breakfast every morning! For other meals, guests are invited to use the grills installed on-site, or check out the nearby Cowboy Capital of the World and its great culinary options. One of our guests' favorite features at the West 1077 Guest Ranch is the crystal-clear and refreshing pool, surrounded by tanning chairs and a shaded cabana. Come see how we tackle the Texas heat in style! There's a nice, casual bar area in the Lodge, too; feel free to BYOB and enjoy! Our visitors love that there's plenty to do here, in a peaceful and refreshing setting. Watch wildlife, stargaze, admire a colorful Hill Country sunset, take a leisurely stroll on the grounds...or, if it suits your fancy, take a few quiet moments to do nothing at all!
There's a baker's dozen of individual holiday rental spaces at the West 1077 Guest Ranch, and when taken together as a whole, there's comfortable and restful space for 53 guests! Every inch of interior space is climate-controlled with AC and heating units, as well as breeze-stirring ceiling fans overhead. Each property has a convenient kitchenette with a mini fridge, and the Live Oak Cottage features a full kitchen. Keep in mind there's much more kitchen and food prep space at your disposal in the Lodge! All living spaces at the ranch also include full baths, with spotlessly-clean shower stalls; in addition, clean bed and bath linens for all our guests are included as part of your visit.
Property sleeps 53 in seven cabins with 17 bedrooms, 32 beds and 14 baths:
Live Oak Cottage: One king, one queen, and one double bed; sleeps up to six. Two full baths here, one with a tub!
Laurel Cottage: One king-sized bed, two twins, and a day bed in the living area; sleeps up to five.
Buckeye Room #3: One queen and three twin beds; sleeps up to five.
Buckeye Room #4: Two queen-sized beds, sleeps up to four.
Red Oak Room #5: One queen-sized bed and one twin bunk set; sleeps up to four.
Red Oak Room #6: Two queen-sized beds and one twin day bed, sleeps up to five.
Hackberry Room #7: Two queen-sized beds; sleeps up to four.
Hackberry Room #8: One queen-sized bed and one twin; sleeps up to three.
Hackberry Room #9: Two queen-sized beds; sleeps up to four.
Hackberry Room #10: One queen-sized bed and one twin day bed; sleeps up to three.
Red Bud Room #11: One queen-sized bed and one twin; sleeps up to three.
Red Bud Room #12: Two queen-sized beds; sleeps up to four.
